The best Kilimanjaro climbing 6 Days Marangu Route 2026/2027

Duration

5 days

Overview

Operated by Relax Africa Tours and Safaris

The Marangu Route is one of the most popular and affordable ways to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
It is the only route that offers mountain huts (cabins) instead of tents for overnight stays.

The trail goes up and down using the same path.
Because the daily altitude gain is relatively high, this route is best suited for hikers who are physically prepared.

This 6-day version includes one extra acclimatization day at Horombo Hut, which greatly improves your chances of reaching the summit.
